*There are four main reasons that your order may not have been processed:
1) Your credit card information may not meet our website security standards
2) Your payment information may be incorrect
3) Shipping / Ordering may not be available in your country or territory
4) Your order was flagged by our internal fraud detection system (This usually happens when payment and shipping information do not match)

Possible remedies:
• Retype payment and billing info, make sure everything is accurate (spelling, billing and shipping info should match)
• Check your email or text messages for fraud alerts from your Credit Card company. You may need to approve the charge and then try placing your order again.
• Try a different payment method (DriSlay accepts all major credit cards, Shopify Pay, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.)
• Try ordering on Amazon.com

If none of the above remedies works, please contact us at support@DriSlay.com.

*We try to get your order prepped and shipped as quickly as possible. This makes changing or canceling your order difficult. However, if you contact us immediately after placing your order, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Unfortunately, we are unable to edit or cancel an order once shipped. You will need to return the order to get a refund. See the GUARANTEES, REFUNDS & RETURNS section below for more information.

*Orders placed on weekdays before 12 pm ET typically ship same day.

We do not ship on weekends or most US holidays. If an expedited order is placed after 12 pm ET please email Support@DriSlay.com to verify if it will ship that same day or not.

Expedited orders are not delivered on weekends.

Customers are responsible for all taxes and customs charges including charges imposed by customs once the package enters the destination country.

DriSlay uses aluminum salts to create a swelling of the sweat glands which reduces the amount of sweat that gets released on the skins surface.

our products are both an antiperspirant and a deodorant. Reducing sweat can often reduce some odor caused by sweat.

People often confuse the terms antiperspirant and deodorant. They are not the same and are actually very different. Antiperspirants stop sweat and deodorants prevent or mask odor.

Based on your body chemistry and skin sensitivity, you may experience side effects like itching, burning, rashes or general skin irritation. Prescription antiperspirants are more likely to come with these side effects as the active ingredient (usually aluminum based) is above FDA OTC guidelines and will tend to irritate skin.
